FAME -- Foundation for Artistic and Musical Excellence
Located in Princeton, New Jersey, FAME offers workshops for performers at any stage in their musical careers. Check out their individual programs and faculty in jazz and classical training and, if these clinics are for you, find out how you can audition.

International Trumpet Guild
The ITG carries up-to-date information about trumpet festivals, competitions, new pieces, and performers. One can also safely and legally download scores and music here, in addition to accessing indexed resources on brass instruments online.

National Trumpet Competition
Founded at George Mason College, the National Trumpet Competition is the largest competitive event for young trumpet players in the world. The competition ranges from junior-high to advanced levels, allowing soloists and ensembles to perform in a national forum and ultimately to learn from each other. Find a downloadable application, instructions, and information about the program on their homepage.

Stacy's Trombone Site
This site has it all for those trombonists on a limited budget: music, images, programs, charts, comparisons of book prices, information on auditions, and histories of the Bach trombone. Check out the section on events in the trombone world, ranging from hiring searches to festivals.

Trombonology
Trombonology offers advice on practice and preparing for auditions, as well as providing a picture library and some sound clips.
